Power is the rate at which work is done. Formula: Power = Work / Time.
Measured in Watts (W). If you and your friend both lift a 20kg bag of cement to the same height, you both did the same amount of Work. But if you did it in 5 seconds and he look 20 seconds, you generated more Power.
