Think of print() as the town crier in an old village. Its only job is to take a message from inside the computer's 'mind' and shout it out so you can see it on your screen.
If you write print("Hello Lagos"), you are telling Python to display those words. I remember when I first started in 2007, seeing my first message appear felt like magic. It’s your first way of talking to the machine.
