A Boolean is the simplest data type. It can only be one of two things: True or False. Think of it like a light switch—it's either ON or OFF.
We use them for checking conditions. 'Is the user logged in? True.' 'Is the battery low? False.' It's the foundation of all computer logic.
Even though it sounds simple, these 'Yes/No' decisions are what allow computers to do complex things. Everything eventually boils down to ones and zeros—True and False.
