Is 'Else-If' the same as 'If'?

Think of it as a middle ground. 'If it's morning, say Good Morning. Else-If it's afternoon, say Good Afternoon. Else, say Good Night.'

It lets you check multiple possibilities in order. As soon as one is True, the computer stops checking the rest. It's very efficient!
